OBJECTIVE

LKQ Fource, operating over 100 branches, sought a narrowcasting solution to enhance internal communications across their organization. They also aimed to support their Full Fource partners and associated workshop concepts by improving marketing communications. The goal was to create a standardized template that maintained a consistent layout for each brand, while allowing for individualized styling and content variations specific to each brand and location.

  • On-Demand Training: A comprehensive template for delivering training materials to all employees across the LKQ Fource brands, with the capability to broadcast important updates via live stream.
  • Content Aggregation: A template designed to pull and display content from external websites, including customer reviews and relevant industry updates.
  • Sales and Maintenance: A specialized template for promoting used cars, along with tips and information on tire checks, seasonal inspections, MOTs, and more.
  • Local Content Sharing: A customizable template that allows individual garages to showcase local content, such as staff photos, achievements, and community events, all in the garage’s unique branded style.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

To streamline and enhance content updates across all LKQ Fource locations, Mood implemented Harmony, our proprietary content management system. Harmony enables efficient and flexible management of all digital content for every brand. With its user-friendly online portal, garage owners can easily customize and update their content with just a few clicks, ensuring that all screen displays remain current and aligned with their branding needs.
