BRINGING THE DREAM TO NASHVILLE

As Nashville “Music City, USA” continues to thrive as a dynamic destination for music lovers, attracting both new residents and visitors, Dream Hotel Group saw an opportunity to make a significant impact. Partnering with local development group Royal Investments, they announced a new hotel in the vibrant heart of downtown Nashville.

REDEFINING HOTEL EXPERIENCES THROUGH AUDIOVISUAL INNOVATION

Dream Hotels are renowned for pushing the boundaries of modern hospitality. Dream Nashville embodies this philosophy by offering upscale amenities and entertainment options that elevate the guest experience. To achieve this, Dream Hotels sought a seasoned audiovisual partner to create a comprehensive and immersive audiovisual system fitting for Music City.

Mood Media, recognized as the leading audiovisual and media provider in the hospitality sector, was selected for its expertise. Tasked with designing a world-class audiovisual experience for Dream Nashville’s eleven distinct dining and entertainment venues, Mood Media crafted a system to enhance every aspect of the hotel’s ambiance. Following the design approval, Mood Media was also entrusted with the installation.

Mood Media collaborated with Bose to develop a seamlessly integrated audio experience for various hotel spaces. Bose DM8 and DM6 speakers, along with DM10S subwoofers, create a rich, ambient sound in the hotel’s bars and restaurants. Each venue is equipped with Dante input plates for live performances, with a “Party Mode” feature utilizing Bose ControlSpace DSP and PowerMatch amplifiers for high-energy events.

Samsung 55” and 65” displays, some framed by Nashville’s Minuteman Press, are strategically placed throughout the hotel to showcase live TV, digital signage, art, or the Dream logo. Control is facilitated via 7” and 10” Crestron Touch Panels, providing both local and global management capabilities. A Bose CC64 system in the lobby offers an additional control option.

SAINTS AND SNITCHES PARTY TOGETHER

For specialized areas like the “Dirty Little Secret” and “Snitch,” Mood Media designed an enhanced audiovisual experience using Bose ArenaMatch speakers and ShowMatch subwoofers, complemented by soundproofing measures to minimize disturbance to nearby guests.

In the “Dirty Little Secret” venue, guests are treated to a visual feast with a suspended ceiling of 227 pixel-mapped Chauvet Epix Strips, Chauvet Rogue Spotlights, and a 4-meter wide 3.9mm SquareV video wall. Meyer Davis’s speaker-inspired LED element further accentuates the bar area, creating a vibrant and immersive atmosphere.
