These spaces seamlessly blend cutting-edge audiovisual systems with personalized customer experiences, inviting clients to explore Ferrari’s legendary status in a dynamic and engaging setting.

ABOUT FERRARI’S NORDIC SHOWROOMS

Ferrari is synonymous with performance, luxury, and prestige, having built a legendary status in the automotive world since its inception. Known for its unparalleled craftsmanship and racing pedigree, Ferrari represents the pinnacle of innovation and exclusivity in the luxury car market. 

In the Nordic region, Ferrari showrooms tend to be more compact, meaning they must make a big impact in a smaller space. This is particularly true at the Stockholm location, which is the smallest, but strategically vital for the brand’s regional marketing presence. 

OUR CHALLENGE

Mood: Nordic’s task was to create an immersive audiovisual experience in the compact showrooms in Stockholm, Malmö, and Oslo that reflect Ferrari’s rich heritage, while enhancing brand enthusiasm and providing a personalized customer journey.

The goal was to enable local dealerships to showcase Ferrari’s legacy, highlight new offerings, and offer an interactive sales experience for clients interested in customizing a new vehicle.

OUR APPROACH

Our team was involved in every stage, from design to installation to training and ongoing service, working closely with Ferrari staff on site to ensure the audiovisual systems captured the essence of their brand and enhanced their showroom experience. Across all dealerships, we installed a striking 9-screen “3×3” video wall using LG 55” narrow bezel displays to showcase dynamic content that amplifies Ferrari’s legacy and builds customer excitement. The system is managed through a Crestron control interface, enabling staff to switch effortlessly between standard content and personalized videos, while also adjusting the music volume.

In every room, we integrated a discreet, high-end Bose sound system, providing immersive, on-brand music and complementing the video content with high-quality audio.

The configuration room, where clients can touch and feel leather samples, seat and steering wheel options, also features a 65” LG OLED display. OLED displays are known for superior color contrast, necessary for viewing detailed subtleties within the customization option of the vehicles. Clients in this room can use a Samsung tablet loaded with Ferrari-customized “on-demand” content to visualize their personalized vehicle in real-time, and seamlessly display it on the high-end display in front of them.

In the consultation room, a more relaxed space with comfortable seating and Italian espresso, a 65” LG display along with the Bose sound system allows staff can curate personalized video playlists for clients, ensuring each interaction feels unique.

After installation, our team worked closely with dealership staff to fine-tune the system’s capabilities and provide hands-on training for best practices. We also built a dealer portal into the tablets, giving staff access to the latest content and expert support, ensuring the AV system continues to perform at its best long after project completion.
